SEMRush is one of the most exciting online marketing tool that I have used of late. This is a great paid online marketing tool which helps you in improving the overall marketing campaigns for your websites. Even if you are new to this tool, then also you would not find any difficulty in handling this online tool as it provides an easy to use interface. SEMRush comes as a handy tool for Google organic and AdWords competitor’s keywords research and helps you in gathering vital data.
Within a short time period, I got a Pro account of SEMRush and was very much happy on seeing the cool and simple interface that it provided. The dashboard of SEMRush contains a search bar at the top where you can enter a domain, URL or any keyword. Here I would like to explain who things works when we enter a domain into the search box. Enter the domain name which you wish to analyze into the search box and press the search button. Now SEMRush displays a search result page which shows data such as Google Keywords, Adwords Keywords, Competitors in Google, Competitors in Adwords, Adwords Ads Texts, Potential Ads Buyers and Potential Ads Sellers. There are also options to select 9 different locations based on your choice. Now click on the right location tab that meets your requirement.
You can go to the individual report pages of the above mentioned data to see a more detailed report. I will explain these major data that shows up in SEMRush while entering your domain.
This report shows the Google organic keyword report for your domain, which would be a collection of keywords that drives traffic to your site along with other data such as its search engine position, search volume, CPC, the landing page, percentage of traffic, competition trends etc. You can also export the report on to your desktop.
2) Adwords Keywords
The Adwords Keywords report shows the list of Google AdWords keywords report for your domain along with other vital data that shows in the Google organic report which can be exported onto your desktop.
3) Competitors in Google
This section shows the potential list of competitors for your domain in Google organic search. This report can also be exported and comes along with other vital data such as the competitor domain, their common keywords, keywords in search engines, search engine traffic, Adwords keywords etc.
4) Competitors in Adwords
This is the most interesting fact that I consider and shows you the list of your website’s competitors in Adwords. This report also shows other precise details such as competitor domain, common keywords, Adwords keywords, Adwords traffic, Adwords traffic price and search engine keywords.
5) Adwords Ads Texts
Now coming to the Adwords Ads Text area, you can see unique Google Adwords Ad copy for the website you have entered. This report can also be exported to your system.
6) Potential Ads Buyers
This is an area where you get a fair idea about the sites that buys ads for the relevant keywords. Other details in this report include domain name, common keywords, Adwords keywords, Adwords traffic which can be exported onto your system.
7) Potential Ads Sellers
The potential ads sellers report shows the list of Sites that are in Google organic search results for your AdWords keywords. This report also comes along with other details such as domain, common keywords, search engine keywords, search engine traffic, search engine traffic price and Adwords keywords. This report can also be exported.
All the above data would surely be going to give you a much better boost to your online marketing campaign, as one would always love to have such wide range of information related to their websites. I would always recommend this tool to anyone, as I have tried this and am pretty sure about the potential of this online marketing tool.
